Alambique Serrano 'Besadiablos' Single Origin Oaxacan Rum Other Domestic Whiskey the first year of FontalloroAlambique Serrano Blend 11 Besadiablos: The spiritual successor to 2024s Matadiablo release, this is a five cask blend of pot still and Krassel still rums that aged in new French oak, new Hungarian oak, ex red wine barrrel, ex rum American oak, and ex Bourbon American oak. It was bottled at a cask strength of 59. 6% abv and is remarkably potent yet nimble, with dozens of layers to unpack. Oh yeah, theres also some unaged high ester rum in this blend.
